Me Nam Gau) was arrested by the police while she was distributing copies of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and balloons with human rights logo to passerby. Other friends of hers, blogger Nguyen Tien Nam (aka. Binh Nhi) and blogger Pham Van Hai (aka Sea Free) were also detained. Hai was arrested while standing nearby with Quynh’s ID card in his hand.
The three were taken to PA92 police station in Nha Trang city for interrogation.
